Dive into the Theming Of The Finding Nemo Suite
Stepping into the Finding Nemo Suites, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported into the heart of the Great Barrier Reef.
Disney has truly outdone itself with the intricate theming, bringing the beloved characters and vibrant undersea world of Finding Nemo to life. From the bubble light fixtures to the details of the shower curtain, you will find oceanic adventure everywhere you look!
The suites are adorned with colorful coral, playful sea creatures, and Nemo and his friends, creating a whimsical and comforting ambiance. It is seriously a treat for kids of all ages and is unlikely to be remotely similar to any other non-Disney hotel room you have ever experienced. Ready for a closer look?

Master Bedroom
Enjoy the privacy of a master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and Finding Nemo-themed decor that will make you feel like you’re resting under the sea. This separate bedroom has it’s own television and dresser, as well as two end tables, one on each side of the bed. You will find the master bathroom, complete with walk-in shower, off this room as well.
Living Area
The living room area of the Finding Nemo Suite includes a double-size sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed that transforms from a dining table to a double bed. The ample sleep options in this area ensure everyone has a cozy place to sleep after a day in the parks! The main living area also has it’s own TV and dresser, along with a cute little closet nook, perfect for hanging princess dresses!
Kitchenette
The kitchenette, equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker, allows you to prepare quick meals and snacks. There is also a sink area allowing for you to clean up reusable water bottles or any other dishes you may need. This is perfect for busy park days when you want to grab a quick bite or even enjoy breakfast sitting down in the dining area before rushing off for a busy day of fun!
Two Bathrooms
No more waiting in line for the bathroom! With two full bathrooms, your family can get ready quickly and spend more time enjoying the parks. The master bathroom, as mentioned above, is located off the master bedroom. The other bathroom, themed with our Finding Nemo shark friends, is off of the main living area and features a bathtub with a shower. Seriously, these family suites are so spacious for being located in one of the value resorts!
Underwater Adventures Await Outside the Finding Nemo Suite
Staying in a Finding Nemo Suite isn’t just about the room but the entire experience. Disney’s Art of Animation Resort offers a range of amenities and activities that enhance your stay. All of them start when you arrive in the main lobby! Walking into the animation hall, the walls are adorned with your favorite characters and a scent unique to Art of Animation. (Seriously, this scent has its own candle now that Disney fans rave over!)
As far as the other amenities go, they are plenty:
Swimming Pools Galore
Make a splash in Walt Disney World Resort’s largest pool, the Big Blue Pool. This Finding Nemo-inspired pool features underwater speakers that play music and character voices. Kids will also love the splash pad and nearby Schoolyard Sprayground, which are perfect for cooling off on a hot day.
Should your kiddos grow tired of the Big Blue pool, check out the other two pools on site! Over near the Little Mermaid Rooms (the only standard rooms at this resort) is the Flippin’ Fins pool. On the other side of the resort, you will find the Cozy Cone pool just outside of the cars rooms. So many swimming options!
Playground and Games
Let the kids burn off some energy at the Righteous Reef Playground or challenge each other to a Finding Nemo-themed table tennis game. Both of these areas are located just inside the Finding Nemo area.
Looking to get out of the heat? Check out the arcade inside of the Art of Animation resort. With many games for all ages, the arcade is a great opportunity for you to cool down while the kids play!
Disney Skyliner
One of our favorite amenities of staying in the Finding Nemo rooms was the quick access to the Disney Skyliner. Art of Animation is one of a few resorts on Disney property with Skyliner access, providing quick transportation to Hollywood Studios and EPCOT. Of all of the family suites in AoA, the Finding Nemo Suites are the closest to the Skyliner entrance. This makes it so convenient after a long day walking through the parks! It also makes early theme park entry a breeze when you can hit the Skyliner instead of packing onto a bus.
Art of Animation Theme
Stroll around the resort to admire the larger-than-life characters and stunning landscapes from other beloved Disney and Pixar films. While walking through the Art of Animation resort area, you will discover larger-than-life characters from The Lion King, The Little Mermaid, Finding Nemo, and Cars. With each area themed to its respective movie, there are photo opportunities aplenty to be found all throughout the resort!
Be sure to grab a photo with Mr. Ray or Crush outside the Big Blue Pool area.
Resort Hosted Activities
Each Disney resort hosts different activities throughout the week. From poolside movies to drawing lessons, there is always something going on. Be sure to check out the activities scheduled during your visit on the signs in Animation Hall when you check-in!

Explore the Resort: Make sure you schedule time to explore all the themed areas of the resort. Each section will bring magical memories and provide many photo opportunities!
Utilize Disney Transportation: Disney provides FREE transportation throughout the resort property. Check out all of the locations the Skyliner will whisk you away to here, and utilize the Disney Buses to get to the other theme parks and Disney Springs! (Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom parks will only be accessible by bus with Disney transportation, so be sure to plan your day accordingly!)
